Plant Joy – Black Eyed Pea Soup (Frozen)
For health, fiber and prosperity we eat the black-eyed peas. A favorite in my house and in the south because they cook fast and taste great. This soup is stew like and loaded with lentils, collard and mustard greens, onion, carrot, tomato and black-eyed peas. Simmered in cumin seed, garlic, ginger with parsley. Perfect with our Cumin Brown Rice or Garlicky Greens. (V, GF, Soy Free, Nut Free, Sugar Free)
