Hi, my name is Linda Rivera. I founded PK’s Eggrolls based on a fond childhood memory of mine. Making eggrolls was my mom’s love language. She showed her love and care through food. Eggrolls were a staple in my childhood and now are part of my children’s. Eggrolls represent my childhood, family traditions, a mother’s love, and my children’s future. It is a legacy of two generations and growing. I hope, with every bite, I get to share this beautiful experience with you.
