Plant Joy, Tofu Curry and Mustard Greens Soup (Frozen)

It’s not your typical curry because it’s a broth. 😮No coconut milk here, just homemade vegetable broth. Soup is stocked full of organic baked non-GMO tofu, onion, tomato, mustards greens, ginger, garlic, cumin and peanut butter for a creamy rich finish.
