I got this delicious salmon with the cauliflower rice and broccoli and LOVED it! I wish there was just a touch more of the glaze because I liked the glaze on the broccoli too, but overall delicious. Salmon was cooked beautifully and the cauliflower rice wasn't too hard or too mushy-it was just right!

I would order this every week if it was available! Such a great balance between the glaze and the veggies and cauliflower rice
