This potato soup is chunky yet smooth, and stocked full of potato, onion, sweet corn, carrot and coconut milk. Spiced simply with garlic, S&P and topped with vegan cheddar cheese and fresh chives. (V, GF, Soy Free, Nut Free)
Ingredients: Yukon gold potato, russet potato, onion, carrot, corn, veggie broth, water, coconut milk, garlic, chives, Vegan cheese, salt and pepper.
Served in 32 ounce quart container.
